Acceptable use policy

These are the rules DawonAI enforces, and how it enforces them. Chat requests don’t carry your account ID, so most rules are enforced on the request itself, not by watching accounts.

What the safety check refuses

A small safety model checks every new message before the main model sees it. It runs on DawonAI’s own server, in memory. It refuses:

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form, including fiction.
• Erotica and other explicit sexual content, unless the account has adult content turned on. Some explicit questions about sex are refused too. Questions about sexual health are answered.

You see a message when a request is refused. DawonAI keeps an hourly count of refusals across all users, not what was refused or who sent it. If a lawful request is refused, try wording it differently.

Plan limits

Each plan sets how many requests can run at once, and requests over that are refused. Each device gets up to 3 day passes a day, and an account can have up to 5 devices. Don’t:

• Forge, copy or replay day passes, or try to get more than your plan includes.
• Automate sign-ups or get around the sign-up check.
• Flood or attack the service.

Bans

A banned account gets no new day passes, and the ones it has expire within a day. DawonAI bans accounts for chargebacks and fraudulent payments, and closes accounts it learns belong to someone under 18. Time left on a banned account isn’t refunded. See the refund policy.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@ai.imdawon.com, with an account ID if you have one.

Changes

Changes to this policy are posted here at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the law requires a faster change.
