Terms of service

These terms cover DawonAI: the web app, pai and the model API. Making an account means you agree to them and to the acceptable use policy.

The private beta

DawonAI is in a private beta. An invite gives an account free time on a plan. Plans, limits and features can change during the beta, and the service can be unavailable.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Your account key is the only way into your account. DawonAI stores a one-way hash of it, so a lost key can’t be recovered, and neither can your saved chats.
• You’re responsible for what’s done with your account key and your connected devices.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Using DawonAI

• You’re responsible for what you send and for how you use the answers, and for following the law where you are.
• Qwen 3.8 27B can be wrong. Check anything important, and don’t treat its answers as medical, legal or financial advice.
• What you send and the answers you get are yours. DawonAI doesn’t use them to train or tune any model.

Paid plans

A paid plan renews until you cancel it. The refund policy covers refunds.

No warranty

DawonAI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, DawonAI isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

Changes to these terms are posted here at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the law requires a faster change.
